Most MLS sellers goal is to net the highest possible amount of money on their home sale while selling it in a reasonable lenghth of time. Seller paid closing cost and a 3% real estate commission but both can affect the offer being accepted. What does this mean? If the offer price is increased or the commission is reduced or buyer closing cost to paid by the seller is reduced the chances of having a successful offer that is accepted is substantially improved for the buyer.
