The Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) maintains a number of real estate transaction forms.  These documents are reviewed annually by several attorneys and brokers acrosss the state. If different forms are needed or different language needs to be developed for some existing forms, due  to changes in laws or changes within the industry those changes are reviewed by a forms committee and suggestions are submitted so the forms can be created by the designated attorneys to cover the needed changes. In our opinion as residential real estate brokerage firm in Tennessee the TN Association of Realtor Forms offer the best that is available for your Tennessee residential real estate transaction.
