Steps to get your TN Home listed on the MLS:

 1. Learn about our SELLWISE™ Services for details and our affordable flat fees.  If you have questions about our Plans please email or call our office 1-888-932-0506. We are always happy to help.  NOTE: If your listing IS NOT a single family home please contact our office for the correct form

2. Select the county your listing is located and complete the applicable Online MLS Data Form.  Upon receipt of the completed Online MLS Data Form we will send you the additional instructions and links for documents that are required to be completed and signed by all owners. We only use documents required by the MLS, Tennessee Real Estate Commission, TN State Law and the Federal Law. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

3.  Upon receipt of the required documents we will upload your MLS listing promptly. You will be notified immediately by email after activation of your MLS listing along with a copy of the listing to review for accuracy with an invoice for uploading the listing. If there are any errors or omissions we can correct them  promptly after you review and advise us.
