Documents require all owner signatures. In Tennessee, married couples who are listing a primary residence are required to sign the listing docs. regardless of whose name is on the mortgage loan or whose name shows on the public tax records. If you have questions please contact our office.
Required on all listings #1 AND #2 are required on all listings:
1. Agency RDH F1 Required on all listings
2. Listing Contract RDH2 Required on all listings
Required on all listings #3 OR #4 ALSO #5 is required
Select the Disclosures that are required for your listing:
3. Property Condition Disclosure F16 Required for listings that have been occupied by the owner within the past 3 years
4. Notification of Property Condition Exemption F42 Required for listings that have NOT been occupied by the owner within the past 3 years
5. Additional Disclosure F85 Required on all listings

6. Seller to Send this form to request a copy of the Approved Private Septic System Permit on file F93 Required to request information from county environmental office about your private septic system. Note: This document is NOT required for homes on public sewer systems

Required #8 – For all listings > IF BUILT BEFORE 1978
8. F15 Lead Based Paint Disclosure F15 Required on residential properties built prior to 1978
Also a copy of the Lead Base Paint Pamphlet “Protect Your Family from Lead” is required to be given
to the Buyer of the property before the contract is signed.

✔Do not submit photos via: zip files or photo albums like Walmart, Walgreens, Flickr, PhotoBucket and other photo developing and online services offer
✔Save the following information on each photo file:
- seller’s last name
- seller’s first initial
- photo display sequence number 01,02,03,04, etc. – 10, 11, 12, 13, etc.
