Internet Data Exchange IDX This is made up of several private systems that create databases of listings from several local TN Multiple Listing Systems. Generally the database is used by Brokers and Agents who pay a monthly or annual subscription fee. Brokers and Agents want IDX on their web site to get seller and buyer leads. The IDX Systems that display your TN Flat Fee MLS Listing are numerous depending on the primary MLS your property is listed in and the company that creates the IDX. The TN Multiple Listing Systems we use are as follows: Chattanooga Area Association of Realtors MLS, Greater Smoky Mountains Area Asssoication of Realtors MLS, Knoxville Area Assoication of Realtors Regional MLS, Morristown Area Association of Realtors MLS (Lakeway Area MLS), Memphis Area Association of Realtors MLS, Middle TN Regional MLS (RealTracs), Tennessee Virginia Regional MLS (Northeast Tennessee Regional MLS). Yahoo! Real Estate Your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on Yahoo! Real Estate. When your property is listed on Yahoo! Real Estate it will have the largest “classified” audience on the internet making your listing available to millions of Yahoo! users. Yahoo! Real Estate Classifieds claims to have approximately 3 million properties listed.

Zillow.com has approximately 4.5 million visitors per month. Your MLS listing will be displayed on Zillow.com They also claim 70% of their users are actively buying or selling a home, or plan to within a few months. 87% of Zillow’s users are
very loyal to their site. Many realty consumers consider Zillow.com to be a tremendous help when buying. An added bonus to being listed on Zillow.com is it’s large classified ads syndication to over 100 local news papers. Prospective buyers who are interested in more information on your property will be referred to our company and those leads will be referred to you as the owner.

Trulia.com Like Zillow, is very popular. Trulia also powers other real estate Web sites including Washington Post, Kiplinger and US News and World Report. HomeFinders.com has approximately 3 million listings .

FrontDoor.com is powered by HGTV. Your TN listing will be displayed on FrontDoor.com where users are attracted in part by real estate property listings, how-to articles and videos. Having several sister Web sites, which include HGTV, HGTVPro, DIY Network, Travel Channel, Fine Living, Scripps Network among others just multiplies the exposure your listing receives.

Cyberhomes.com has a database of more than 100 million property, ownership, sales and mortgage records, which covers more than 85 percent of the U.S. population. They add more than 575,000 new records every month. Their data includes more than 10 years of appraisals. Plus they will display your listing while it is active on the MLS.

 Homes.com is one of the top 20 most visited real estate Web sites. We see some realty consumers and real estate agents who are really loyal to Homes.com. They claim to have more than 4 million homebuyers visit their site monthly. Your By owner Flat Fee listing will be displayed on Homes.com.

HotPads.com claims to be “Internet’s premier housing search engine, offering one stop shopping for all types of housing, including rentals, for-sale listings, foreclosures, sublets, roommate requests and corporate housing”. HotPads.com is
considered to be a very user friendly and innovative website. Your SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on HotPads.com.

Oodle.com helps buyers by bringing together tons of listings to their site from hundreds of
local and national sources to help buyers find the exact home they are looking for. Oodle listings also appear on a number of additional Web sites such as: Lycos.com Classified, Local.com, Military.com, Walmart.com, Comcast.com”, ABC, Cox Media Express (The Washington Post), Fox Interactive Media, Florida Press Association, Media General, New York Post. and the New York Times Company (regional)

RealtyTrac.com specializes in foreclosure properties, with more than 1.5 million listings that are in default, being auctioned and bank-owned properties. Their database covers 2,000 counties nationwide. RealtyTrac claims to have “3 million unique monthly visitors with extensive resale listings nationwide in a separate Homes For Sale section”. All resale listing are displayed under the Homes for Sale tab on their site. Your Flat Fee MLS listing will be displayed on Realtytrac.com. if the listing is a foreclosure.

AOL.com/RealEstate serves as a resource for home buyers and renters of all demographics. Their site is designed to provide users resources and tools to help it’s users make a smart investment when buying. One important design feature of the site is it can be
customized to help: first time home buyers, buying a second property, renting, selling or home improvement. Your TN SELL­WISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on AOL.com/Real Estate.

Vast.com states their mission is to build the “world’s widest, deepest, freshest and cleanest database of classified ads”. They claim to have superior technology for rooting out ads, wherever they may be, and for parsing and tagging their
listings so they will be easy to search. Your Fee for Service listing will be displayed on Vast.com.

CLRsearch.com owned by CLR Choice, Inc. is a real estate information company whose focus is to provide the real estate search experience for buyers that will provide the buyer the data relevant to making an informed decision. Your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on CLRsearch.com.

HomesAndLand.com but not in the print version. Homes & Land is known most for it’s real estate magazines. It displays MLS listings on it’s online version of it’s magazine.

LakehomesUSA.com, RiverhomesUSA.com and OceanhomesUSA.com are specialty websites that offer tens of thousands of water-related listings. As the largest waterfront real estate website on the Internet, consumers can search for all types of water-related properties in over 1000 local markets across the United States. Your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on LakehomesUSA.com, RiverhomesUSA.com if it is a lake or river related
property. As you know TN does not have any Ocean front or related property.

MyREALTY.com states “it is where consumers, agents, brokers, investors, banks and others come to market their Homes for sale, Land for sale, Rentals, Commercial Properties and more in the fastest growing worldwide database of real property data”. Your listing will be displayed on MyREALTY.com.

PropBot.com states “it is the next generation’s leader in Real Estate Searches based on natural language selection”. PropBot.com covers ALL types of real estate – Residential and Commercial. Your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on PropBot.com.

Enormo.com “is one of the largest international real estate search engines for home-seekers from all over the world”. Enormo.com appears to be growing fast – 1.8 million potential buyers and tenants visit monthly. Buyers come from Europe, Asia, South Africa, the Americas and the Middle East. The search engine is available in 16 languages so your properties are available to users in many different nationalities. Your listing will be displayed on Enormo.com.

DataSphere.com does not display listings, instead it owns: LandWatch.com and ResortScape.com. Your TN listing will be displayed on LandWatch.com and ResortScape.com if it qualifies.

Overstock.com Real Estate is a national real estate search engine, focused on helping people identify great deals on real estate. Searches lead customers directly to property details and contact information for the listing representative. This site promises 15 million unique visitors per month. Categories include homes, land, rental properties, auction properties, for sale by owner listings, foreclosures, timeshares and MLS listings. Your Flat Fee listing will be displayed on Overstock.com.

eRealinvestor.com offers great site for residential real estate investors. Users have cutting edge technology with tools and information geared toward real estate investors looking for properties that meet their cash flow and return on investment objectives. eRealinvestor’s tools are featured on Wall Street Journal Online and also on thousands of individual real estate agent websites nationwide. Your TN Flat Fee listing with owners right to sell will be displayed on eRealinvestor.com if it qualifies.

Homes.commmercialappeal.com This site is promoted as the number one media website in the Mid-South. If your listing is in the Memphis Area MLS your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on homes.commmercialappeal.com.

Real Estate Tennessean.com This site is a website owned by the primary newspaper in the Nashville area. If your listing is located in Davidson County or a county touching Davidson County your TN SELLWISE™ Flat Fee listing will be displayed on Realestate.Tennesssean.com.

Realestate.Homemarketnow.com This is the Knoxville News Sentinel website owned by Scripps Interactive Newspapers Group. If your SELLWISE™ Flat Fee MLS Listing is active on the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service it will be advertised on the Realestate.Homemarketnow.com website.

Foreclosure.com is another leading website for distressed real estate properties. It boast more than 2.3 million listings nationwide. The Website offers an up to date, accurate
database of pre-foreclosure, short sale, foreclosure, Sheriff sales, auction, bankruptcy and tax lien listings in one convenient location. Since foreclosure is a popular search term with buyers, this site gets a lot of traffic each month claiming more than 6.5 million serious buyers from around the world. NOTE: If your listing has not been identified as a Foreclosure on your MLS listing it will not be displayed on this web site. We had one seller who wanted to identify his property as a foreclosure when it was actually free and clear. Someone had told him that was a good way to promote it. We had to advise the seller that falsely advertising anything about your listing is not a good way to market it. When your listing is posted on Foreclosure.com it will also display on the following sites: HomePath.com, ForeclosureFreeSearch.com and QuickSale.com.

Hometourconnect.com is a national website managed by GreenBuyerFlyer.com. It is designed to help users find rich visual information about homes for sale. The site also provides a resource for agents to market listings using mobile technology if desired. Your TN SELLWISE™ listing will be displayed on HomeTourConnect.com.

Iasreo.com/homes-for-sale Integrated Asset Services™ (IAS). IAS Homes for Sale is designed to meet the needs of investors who specialize in REO properties and who also research non-REO properties for sale. Liquidus Media is an advertising production company for web, mobile and VideoOnDemand, working in partnership with Comcast and other leading Cable Providers to deliver Video Homes On Demand. RealEstateCentral.com is owned by StarNine company. It offers users a simple search to find and view available real estate and home service providers across the country. Your MLS Flat Fee listing will be displayed on PropertyShark.com

RealtyStore.com is a growing foreclosure data web site with over one million pre-foreclosure, foreclosure auction, bank-owned, and tax sale property listings. In January of 2010, Hitwise.com recognized RealtyStore.com as one of the Top 20 most visited “Business and Finance–Real Estate websites in the nation with over 1.25 million visitors”. Listings on RealtyStore.com will also appear on UltraForeclosures.com and HUDForeclosed.com. If your TN Flat Fee MLS listing is not posted as a foreclosure it will not appear on RealtyStore.com.

TweetLister.com is geared toward social media marketing to tens of millions users who use Twitter.com every day. Note: TweetLister.com is NOT Twitter.com. TweetLister.com displays all listings but requires the Professional version in order to post listings on Twitter.com. Currently your Flat Fee MLS listing will be posted on TweeterLister.com but not Twitter.com .

USHUD.com and its’ network of sites has grown since 1999 to be one of the largest online resources of foreclosure Real Estate property in North America. More than 500,000 users access their database of foreclosure listings monthly. These consumers are able to quickly search Government and Bank Foreclosures. The site’s search engine allows for an accurate, and comprehensive display of foreclosure listings. If your MLS listing is not identified as a foreclosure it will not be posted on USHUD.com.

HomesByLender.com is a another distressed focused web site. It specializes in REOs, HUD homes, Fannie Mae Homepath properties, bank owned properties, short sales and other distressed properties. HomesByLender.com offers users a free and easy way to find all of their local foreclosure listings. No subscription is required in most areas. For a property to be listed on this site it needs to be marked as Foreclosure on the MLS. If your TN SELL­WISETM™ Flat Fee listing is a foreclosure it will be displayed on HomesByLender.com

RealBird.com provides single property website and virtual tour building products plus
syndication. Realbird is known best for it’s map-based search applications. It is another website on which your Flat Fee MLS Listing will be posted.
