These databases vary in size depending on the area they serve. The MLS makes it very easy for any agent to help any buyer learn about MLS properties for sale. Real estate brokers and agents rely heavily on the MLS System to sell their listings for their sellers and find properties for sale for their buyers. In our opinion without the MLS most real estate companies would have to close. Buyers love the local MLS because it gives them the best selection of homes and other types of listings available in the area they are shopping.
