This 3 month listing plan is our most affordable Flat Fee MLS Service. If the listing is competively priced,  3 months is all the time you need to be successful.  Marketable listings that show over 90 days on the market bring up the question – Why hasn’t this listing sold?  This does not mean it won’t sell. It doesn’t mean it is a bad property or home. It only means it may be a red flag to the buyer. We recommend eliminating as many red flags as possible. This marketing plan is designed up front to keep the number of Days On Market (DOM) below 91 to keep the listing fresh. Once the listing is on the market 91 days it is automatically removed and eligible to be relisted ethically, promptly and affordably. As a new listing the MLS # will be new and the number of days on the market will start at zero days.
